This organization is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to oversee all aspects of their Salesforce implementations, encompassing both Residential and Enterprise solutions.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining the integrity of the solutions recommended and acting as a mentor to other Salesforce professionals.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and implement ideas.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this role is crucial for driving our Salesforce strategy forward.

Focus :
Conduct comprehensive research and produce reports on internal client use of Salesforce, recommending steps and creating a roadmap for future solutions.
Collaborate to create prototypes and proofs of concept to define requirements. Review existing solutions and recommend enhancements.
Manage the Salesforce product backlog in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Design and oversee the implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and other platforms. Serve as a release manager, overseeing the deployment of configurations and coded items.
Define success and acceptance criteria, including test procedure documentation. Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Engage in collaborative project and workstream planning.
Skill Set :
Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent professional experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Salesforce Certifications required :
Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Platform App Builder
Minimum 5 years in a leadership role delivering Salesforce projects, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Hands-on experience with various Salesforce modules such as Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and others.
Proven track record in managing multiple projects, strategic planning, and operational effectiveness. Proactive, can-do attitude with excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences and levels within the organization.
Self-starter with experience leading projects and motivating multidisciplinary teams.
