This opportunity is different.
Do you like watching CSI shows? What if our opportunity was actually on the inside of what really goes on in the world of crime scenes?
We actually make all the cool stuff sold to crime scene investigation units. Fingerprint powders, brushes, evidence packaging DNA kits, etc.
If it is something used in investigations, we make and sell it.
Can you take care of our customer base like no other? Do you have an outgoing, friendly personality but can still professionally and effectively take care of law enforcement requests?
One minute you are taking an order from a small town in Texas, and the other, you are handling a large request from the NYPD or Scotland Yard in London?
All in a day’s work here at Peavey.
But not to worry, we will train the right person so you can be confident in all that you do. We like to say, this is one job where you can work through a crime scene, but not have to wear a bullet-proof vest, or wear shoe covers.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties :
- Answering incoming calls and assist clients with needs
- Make outbound calls to follow up on any questions
- Obtain good knowledge of Lynn Peavey products.
- Answer questions via phone and / or email
- Exercise outstanding people skills when dealing with escalating customer issues.
- Maintain filing system
- Manage special orders to ensure that they do not fall between the cracks. This may mean working with materials management and / or shipping.
- Data Entry
- Provide quotes to customers
- Assist with various other duties as assigned
Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
