Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Control Specialist to join our team in the Hill AFB, UT area.

This position may allow for a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Analyze program to determinerequirements

Track program process and control

Analyze the impact or potential impact of missed or inadequate deliverable on program accomplishment

Develop and present reports on analysis findings

Draft program documentation to support activities to higher-level management

Review and track performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or additional equivalent work experience

5-12 years of relevant work experience to qualify for level II; 12+ years of experience to qualify for level III

Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures

Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks

Preferred Qualifications :

Master’s degree

Knowledge of DoD / USAF F-16, A-10, or T-38 programs and capabilities

Clearance Requirements :

Active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary / hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
