- Ensure accurate till management at the start / end of your shift
- Take care of the garbage / recycling
- Maintain a clean workspace
- Organize invoices as they come in
- Pull product forward on shelves / stock items from back when needed
- Price new items in accordance with company margins if the manager is unavailable
- Provide recommendations and / or suggestions to customers
- Maintain a working knowledge of the products we carry
- Answer customer questions to the best of your ability or find out the answer through your manager / google
- Take customer requests for new product and reach out to vendors for availability / cost
- Maintain specific knowledge of the products we carry
- Taste test new product and relay your opinions on it
- Make sure inventory is placed correctly
- Work with vendors to bring in new product and find a place on the shelves for said product
Must be able to lift and move boxes of alcohol and products
