Job Description
- Manage a team of four accountants
- Responsible for working collaboratively with members of different departments to provide timely financial analysis to aid in strategic business decision
- Primary responsibilities include month-end close duties such as journal entries and account reconciliations
- Provide financial support and be a business partner to commercial and operations functions
- Performs month-end closing procedures and reporting, including fixed assets, inventory, and ad hoc analysis
- Report on key business metrics
- Lead assigned projects focusing on continuous improvement
- Effectively communicates and coordinates the exchange of financial information to key stakeholder

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 2+ years of managerial experience
- Manufacturing industry or relevant industry
- Cost experience nice to have
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Understanding and application of accounting principles / practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
- Strong business partnering and communication skills
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
