We're actively seeking an experienced Software Engineer to become an integral part of our rapidly expanding engineering team.
Currently comprised of 5 engineers, you'll collaborate closely with our technical leadership - CEO, CTO, and fellow engineers - to craft pivotal software solutions with substantial impact on both our users and business trajectory.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for an early team member to play a pivotal role in sculpting our platform from its inception.
Requirements
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to prioritize and execute our product roadmap effectively.
- Design, develop, and take ownership of complex features or software components.
- Deliver code that's not only robust and scalable but also rigorously tested.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices, laying the groundwork for a high-performing tech team and its culture.
- Work hand-in-hand with Design and Operation teams to iteratively enhance our platform's functionality and user experience.

Skills And Experience :
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- At least 1+ years of involvement in system design or architecture, encompassing areas such as architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
Bonus Points (Not Required!) :
- Prior experience in startups or thriving in unstructured environments.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products, analytics, or constructing tools tailored for Finance teams.
- Exposure to and interest in Finance, particularly within FP&A realms.

Salary Range : $120,000 - $180,000 annually
