REGISTERED NURSE (RN), REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL OPERATIONS
RN Regional Director of Clinical Operations
CommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse , BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.
The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include :
- Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.
- Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.
- Train new nursing management.
- Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys
- Aid in the Plan of Correction process

Job Requirements :
- Current RN license, BSN preferred, in the State of West Virginia.
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in Long Term Care and Nursing Consulting
- Previous DON experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and oversee functions at multiple facilities on a daily basis
- Ability to travel throughout region
- Must maintain current CPR certification
