The Finance & Accounting Managed Services team provides support by addressing the challenges of achieving appropriate standards of control, efficient back office opportunities, transforming finance function by executing strategies to reduce functional and operational complexity through streamlined processes, optimising use of technology, and efficiently using resources to deliver cost effective, high quality services to all stakeholders.
The team delivers core finance & accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Compliance and Controls, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, General Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, and Treasury.

Demonstrates a thorough level of abilities with, and / or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs :
- Support day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors as part of client management;
- Assist in overseeing the team, service delivery, engagement delivery, and releases for all application activities, including enhancements, incidents, and future releases, to assess high-quality client management;
- Contribute to developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, participate in pursuit teams, actively participate in the proposal development process, and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies to support business development efforts;
- Provide guidance and support as a counselor and coach, actively participate in the staffing process, contribute to staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide support for delivery teams and staff in local offices, showcasing people development skills;
- Possess proven experience in supporting consulting and / or BPO in Finance and Accounting within a Business Managed Service environment;
- Contribute to the delivery of a CFO managed service operation, supporting operations across finance areas such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, and Financial Planning and Analysis;
- Assist in business development activities, including supporting sales and RFP response development;
- Support global team leadership efforts;
- Demonstrate familiarity with broader CFO managed services in the areas of analytics, data management, and Finance IT tools support and maintenance; and,
- Contribute to the development of thought ware, and point-of-view materials.
