Merchandising Operations Lead
Our client is seeking a dynamic Merchandising Operations Lead to join their Merchandising team. As a seasoned Merchandising Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaborative and effective business strategies, while leading the implementation of key initiatives across functions.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with Merchandising, Product, and Operations partners to drive impactful initiatives and communication throughout our organization.
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Merchandising Operations Lead Responsibilities
- Drive Merchandising Calendar / Process.
- Ensure all deadlines are met on time, with impeccable results.
- Guide and influence the merchandising process in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Continuously seek out ways to improve process and capabilities of a multi-discipline team.
- Support implementation and identification of tools that enable the Product Creation team to create the world’s best product.
- Drive and deliver projects against key strategies & priorities.
Merchandising Operations Lead Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- 5-8 years’ experience in Merchandising, Product Creation, or Relevant Industry, with FW and / or AP expertise.
- Deep process and operational experience, including familiarity with the CODE Process.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Strong communicator & collaborator.
- Passionate, curious problem-solver.
- Collaborative & strong communication skillset, including strong story-telling skills including PowerPoint and / or Keynote presentations.
- Ability to influence and facilitate at leadership levels.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving a team to clarity / results.
- Change agent / change management skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills :
- Line planning / assortment creation work and tools experience are a plus.
- Microsoft Office experience.
Compensation : $40-$53 / hr. (DOE)
