About this role
A high-end multi-disciplinary design studio is seeking a brilliant project manager to join their growing team in Miami.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive architectural and FF&E experience sourcing, specing, and producing specification packages from hospitality, luxury residential, food & beverage backgrounds
- Able to lead the design process from concept generation through design detailing as well as the ability to produce detailed drawings and conduct QA / QC reviews across various projects.
- Capable of organizing and managing project development, provide project status reports with design and studio directors.
- Maintain brand and clients standards, coordinate and liaise with relevant consultants to deliver projects within established timelines
Skills & Experience
- Barchelor's degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum 5 years of working experience
- Proficiency using Revit, Autocad, Rhino, Enscape, and Sketchup
- Proven experience in all phases : SD, DD, CD, and CA & excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Miami in 9 months
