Sales Admin Assistant Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday)
• Schedule includes rotating Saturdays, need available Mon-Sat 7 : 00am-6 : 00pm.
• Greeting customers & answering telephones
• Discussing customer needs and answering questions
• Providing product and service quotes and referring customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
• Assists in store accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Assists in the administration of our credit program
• Assists with store inventory; and picking up merchandise and parts as required.
• Provides excellent customer service; promotes store sales; asks questions to identify customer wants and needs; refers customers to other qualified employees as necessary.

Sales Admin Assistant Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years administrative experience and basic understanding of accounts payable and receivables required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to multi-task and have a high level of customer service.
• Dress code : no visible tattoos or piercings.
• Valid drivers' license and good driving record in last 5 years.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
