Crafco, Inc. has an opening for a Maintenance Technician II at our manufacturing plant in Chandler, AZ.
Are you mechanically inclined? Looking for great pay and overtime availability in a first shift Maintenance Tech position, with promotional opportunities available after 60-90 days?
Familiar with the maintenance, service, and repair of manufacturing or industrial building equipment? We're seeking an experienced maintenance professional to manage the routine maintenance, service, and repair of our manufacturing equipment in Chandler, AZ.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage with an excellent benefits package including : Profit Sharing, Matching 401(k), Health, Life, Dental, Short & Long Term Disability, Holiday, Personal, and Sick paid leave, Maternity Leave, Weekly Pay, Pay rate DOE and Tuition Assistance.
Specific duties :
- Maintain logs identifying all repairs, inspections and the results of these repairs and inspections through MaintainX.
- Conduct plant preventive maintenance program.
- Inspect and monitor all equipment, machines, tools, and building for proper operation and mechanical condition.
- Conduct the plant preventative maintenance program in accordance with requirements of the program.
- Assist in installation of new projects or upgrading projects.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of related maintenance experience required
- Able to read and write English
- Knowledge of general shop math, reading charts, tables and drawings, and use of job-related tools, gauges and instruments
- Working knowledge of pumps, motors, oil lines and automated equipment to include (servo motors, sensors, conveyors, and continuous equipment flow of a line run sealant manufacturing plant)
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing, squatting, stretching, lifting 25-60 lbs. or standing for long periods of time in potentially adverse conditions (semi-indoor / outdoor conditions)
- Must be willing to work overtime and various shifts when required
