Fulltimemultiyear contract and is hybrid in Baton Rouge LA 50% of hours amonth will be onsite and other 50% will beremote.

• As the Application ProgramManager (SAP Warehouse Management) you will be responsible fordeveloping project plans communicating progress collaborating withteams and continuously improving program managementprocesses

JobDescription :

• The ApplicationProgram Manager (SAP Warehouse Management) will provide support forSAP Materials Management and SAP Warehouse Management ensuringalignment with operational strategies and effective project .
• This position is fulltime hybridand a longterm contract.

What YoullDo :

• Provide support for SAP MaterialsManagement and SAP WarehouseManagement
• Develop an understanding of thebusiness environment and use that understanding to make informeddecisions and drive results
• Ensure goals and objectives alignwith the operationalstrategies
• Develop project plans andschedules including resource allocation timelines andbudgets
• Communicate project status andprogress to stakeholders including seniormanagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders andteams to ensure program and project goals aremet
• Ensure compliance with programmanagement processes andstandards
• Provide ongoing evaluation andimprovements for program management processes andpractices
• Provide daytoday support forongoing processes
• Work in needed areas to provideapplication support for the agencys workloaddemands

What YoullNeed Required :

• Ability to developdetailed project plans allocate resources and manage timelines andbudgets
• Strong communication ss toeffectively convey project status and progress to stakeholders andsenior management
• Proven ability to collaboratewith diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve program and projectgoals
• Indepth knowledge of programmanagement processes and standards with a commitment to ongoingevaluation and improvement
• Experience providing daytodaysupport and making informed decisions to drive results in alignmentwith operational strategies
• Strong problemsolving ss toaddress challenges and ensure program and project goals aremet
• Ability to adapt to changingrequirements and provide innovative solutions to meet businessneeds.
• Eight (8) plus years of expertiseand / or relevant experience in the followingareas :
• SAP Materials Management(MM)
• SAP Warehouse Management(WM)

Desired :

• SAP Plant Maintenance(PM)
• SAPMobile

PhysicalDemands :

• Ability to safely andsuccessfully perform the essential job functions consistent withthe ADA and other federal state and localstandards
• Sedentary work that involvessitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasionalneed to move around the office to attend meetingsetc.
• Ability to conduct repetitivetasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard andmonitor
