Required Qualifications :
- Five years’ experience in IT
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Three or more years of experience with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and how to store this data in ServiceNow CMDB
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
- Experience / familiarity with development in Java / JavaScript for ServiceNow
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and interact with customers and team members
- Demonstrable strong creative skills and a willingness to learn
- Very strong Customer / Stakeholder focus
