About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day - 7 AM to 5 PM, 35 hours per week Guaranteed Hours : 35 Experience : Not specified License : Not specified Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Ability to cover medical leave Job Description : Provide support to physical therapists in delivering therapy services.
- Assist in the rehabilitation of patients through exercises and other therapeutic practices.- Monitor patient progress and report on their status to the lead therapist.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.- Ensure all therapy sessions are conducted in adherence to protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to create tailored therapy plans for patients.- Document patient treatments and progress clearly and accurately.
- Display strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.- Adapt to varying patient needs and handle each case with compassion and professionalism.
Position Urgency : NormalNote : Holiday coverage is not required, and bilingual skills are not necessary for this position.
