Direct Support Professional
How you can help as a Direct Support Professional : Support individuals diagnosed with an intellectual or developmental disability in behavioral skills development, basic living skills, socialization skills and integrating them into the community.
Perform or assist individuals served with personal hygiene and basic domestic duties.

Requirements for the Direct Support Professional role :
- Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
- Be at least 17 years old
- Valid Driver's License (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm.
- ASL (American Sign Language) preferred
Pay rates :
$500 Hiring Bonus (Part time)
$1000 Hiring Bonus (Full time)
First Shift : $15.00 per hour
Second Shift Weekday : $15.75 per hour
Second Shift Weekend : $16.75 per hour
Third Shift Weekday : $17.00 per hour
Third Shift Weekend : $18.00 per hour
