Automotive Service Advisor / Manager - Meineke
As an Automotive Service Advisor / Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality repair work and exceptional customer service to get our customers back on the road.

Requirements :
- General knowledge of the automotive industry
- 3+ years' experience as an automotive service writer
- 2+ years' experience managing a team or staff
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the chief problem solver
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repair work
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency in the shop environment
