WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.
- Ensure materials are properly routed.
- Pick up and deliver materials within and outside the company.
- May maintain records on material flow.
- May monitor flow of materials and parts between departments.
- May expedite parts to remedy shortage problems.
- Work under general supervision on a wide range of assignments that require a substantial knowledge of the discipline or function.
- Follow established procedures, processes, or policies, but is expected to use judgment in resolving issues or recommending solutions.
- May participate in project teams or lead portions of projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and inventory / material handling.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both in a team and independently.
- Proficient computer skills, to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
