As the Associate Director of Strategic Partnership Programs & Operations, you will be the hub driving operational excellence & scaling our performance partnership initiatives.
You will enable & innovate for our affiliate & partnership programs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Partnerships, you will streamline operations, implement robust tracking, analyze data to optimize strategy, & increase program attractiveness & scalability.
Through your data-driven approach, you will help implement our partnership strategy across channels.
You will
- Ideate & lead affiliate / partner projects that inspire our partners to collaborate with our brands.
- Serve as a central hub supporting the Partnerships team to lead initiatives such data consolidation, performance monitoring, sales operations
- Proactively identify & resolve operational inefficiencies through process improvements & enabling tech / tooling
- Explore & test incrementality / elasticity models to optimize partnership performance, identify opportunities & shape strategy
- Establish robust program management frameworks, incentives, gamification & engaging initiatives to attract partners
- Help other partnerships teams (affiliate, influencer, direct sales)prioritize & drive high-impact initiatives
- Create & manage content & best practices repository to inspire our partners
- Manage CRM, sales ops workflows & commission models tailored to our performance-based affiliate / partner channels
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, facilitate communication across teams for smooth execution
- Analyze comprehensive partnership data, generate insights & present recommendations to stakeholders
- Manage & mentor a small team supporting partnership program management & operations

You have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations or related field
- 7+ years experience in performance marketing, affiliate program management, operations or related roles
- Expert in affiliate / partnership program creation, management & scaling
- Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in analysis, reporting, visualization tools
- Experience managing CRM systems, sales operations & commission tracking workflows
- Exceptional project / program management, organizational skills & attention to detail
- Outstanding communication abilities & talent for building partnerships
- Proven track record in fast-paced, high-growth environments managing multiple initiatives
- Ability to work cross-functionally & manage a small team
- Prior experience managing & developing team members
