Plan, organize and direct the operations of the Laboratory departments at all Vista Health System sites.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure that the departments meet all infection control and safety standards as specified by the regulatory agencies and Vista Health
- Plan and direct department operations.
- Plan and direct the management and development of department staff. Develop and monitor department budgets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control and performance improvement activities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science degree in Biology / Medical Technology.
- Three years experience as a clinical laboratory services manager for an acute care hospital.
- MT (ASCP) or equivalent.
