About The Position
- Job Title : Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty : Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 4x12-Hour (19 : 00 - 05 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : N / A Experience : 1 year of experience required License : Respiratory Care Practitioner License Certifications : RRT-NICU;
- Flu Vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed); COVID-19 Vaccine not required Must-Have : Experience with High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV) and High-Frequency Jet Ventilation (HFJV);
Cerner charting experience preferred Job Description : Provide specialized respiratory care in a Level 3 NICU setting.- Deliver comprehensive care for neonatal patients requiring advanced respiratory support.
- Operate and manage HFOV and HFJV equipment.- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide the best patient outcomes.
- Participate in patient assessments and deliver therapeutic treatments.- Engage in family education to promote understanding of treatments.
- Maintain accurate and detailed charting documentation.- Comply with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.- Attend required orientation to ensure readiness for patient care.
