We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator / Medical Records Coordinatorin Albuquerque, NM to procure and enter required medical documentation.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement of medical documentation from referral sources through direct, phone communication, fax and / or email as appropriate.
- Maintain case documentation in system in compliance with best practices established by the company.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Ensure customers receive the best service possible and concerns are satisfactorily resolved.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of office administrative management, preferably in a medical / dental / therapy office.
- Experience with medical terminology, accounts receivable, insurance collections or billing preferred.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid.
- Customer service experience.
- Bilingual a plus
