We are expanding globally and currently have openings in the US market. ECT manufactures RF connectors, cable assemblies, antennas, shield cans, and automotive connectors (Fakra).

Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering and extensive experience in project management.
Responsibilities :
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the senior management team.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues report to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project objectives are met.
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Progressive experience in at least two of the following technologies :
- RF cable / connectors, antennas
- Knowledge of RF / wireless technologies.
- Understanding of Automotive interconnect requirements
- Understanding of FPC / LCP products and uses.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mandarin is a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
