Talent Masters is working for a leadingnational nonprofit on its search for a Junior Software Developer.As a Junior Software Developer you will be an integral part of theIT team reporting to the Recovery Resource Manager.
You will workclosely with the Senior Developer and Technical Staff to developmaintain and enhance technology solutions that cater to the needsof both internal team members and external customers.
Your primaryfocus will be on the implementation and improvement of softwareservices particularly a key application used within theorganization.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop andmaintain software solutions for the organizations keyapplications.
- Write clean scalable andefficient code under the guidance of the seniordeveloper.
- Assist in debugging andtroubleshooting software issues.
- Perform codereviews and testing to ensure highqualitydeliverables.
- Participate in the design andimplementation of new features andfunctionalities.
- Ensure data privacy andsecurity in all software projects.
- Respond totechnical support requests in a timelymanner.
- Document development processes andinteractions in the online customer relations manager(CRM). Qualifications :

Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield (or equivalentexperience).
Experience :
2years of experience in software and website development with astrong portfolio of completedprojects.
- TechnicalSkills :
- Experience with theMicrosoft Power Platform including Power Pages Apps AutomationDataverse and related technology.
- Familiaritywith programming languages such as Java Python HTML CSS PHP orJavaScript strongly preferred.
- Experience withSalesforce and video conferencing software is aplus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and PCIcompliance.
- SoftSkills :
- Ability to work in ateamoriented collaborativeenvironment.
- Effective communication skillsboth verbal and written.
- Highly adaptable andflexible able to adjust to new situations and changingpriorities.
- Strong problemsolving skills andattention to detail.

Contract Details :
- Contract Duration : 9 months (with potential to golonger)
- WorkHours : 9 a.m. 5 p.m.EST
- Rate : Competitive hourly / weekly / monthly rate based on experience andprojectscope.
