Partner in one of Nashville's top law firms is seeking a litigation legal secretary. We are looking for an assistant who likes the energy of litigation and is able to prioritize, manage deadlines and multitask.

This insurance defense group is recognized as being at the top of their field and they are looking for that in a legal secretary! Their State and Federal cases include medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability.

Litigation legal secretary candidates must be professional and have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

A high proficiency of MS Word d with firm billing professionals and ensure that monthly bills are accurate and that billing deadlines are met.
