Role Overview :

As the newest addition to the team, you’ll be at the forefront of the firm’s success, tackling a diverse and challenging caseload.

Your legal acumen will shine as you navigate complex Workers' Compensation cases, contributing to the firm's tradition of excellence and continued growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Craft meticulous Judicial Council Forms, Pleadings, and Motions, setting the stage for successful outcomes.
• Manage discovery processes with an eye for detail, ensuring all critical case information is at your fingertips.
• Be the strategic liaison, keeping clients, insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators informed and engaged.
• Represent clients with confidence and poise in court appearances, advocating fiercely on their behalf.
• Bring your expertise to the table, contributing to the team’s development and collective success.

Qualifications :

• A current State Bar license with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workers' Compensation Law.
• A proven ability to manage complex Workers' Compensation cases from start to finish.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with top-notch communication and negotiation skills.
• Mastery of legal research tools and software to enhance case preparation and representation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $82,000 to $192,000, commensurate with your experience.
