Saglo Companies is looking for a dynamic
Marketing Director
to elevate our brand, attract tenants and investors, and support our mission to be the best-in-class neighborhood retail shopping center owner and operator.
What You'll Do : Lead all marketing and PR efforts to boost visibility and engagement with prospective tenants, property owners, vendors and investorsDevelop high-impact, innovative campaigns that drive leasing, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
Create compelling content and materials that tell Saglo's story across digital and traditional channels.Partner with internal teams to ensure our brand messaging is consistent and resonates with our target audiences.
Manage newsletters, events, and other engagement strategies to keep our community informed and connected.What We're Looking For : A strategic thinker with a creative edge.
Proven experience in CRE managing digital marketing, content creation, and market research. Exceptional communication skills to craft messages that capture attention.
