JOB DESCRIPTION :
You must be proficient in administering medications under a doctor's supervision and capable of assisting with patient mobility tasks alongside the nursing team.
Attention to detail is essential as you monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of any changes .
Teamwork and patience are essential to be successful as an LPN with ARRC One.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
Administer medication to patients under doctor's supervision.
Assist Registered Nurses and Aides with lifting moving and transporting patients.
Work with nursing team to maintain safe and clean work environments.
Perform routine patient hygiene activities such as bathing oral hygiene shaving etc. if required by facility.
Assist with serving meals to patients in accordance with dietary instructions if required by facility.
Monitor the flow of intravenous solutions for consistency with Physician orders.
Monitor and chart / record patients' vital signs and report any significant changes.
Change dressings as directed by the attending Physician.
Report any unusual situations regarding patients to the Registered Nurse.
Assist in all emergency situations as instructed.
Assist with admissions and discharges.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the facility.
Requirements :
Education / Training : Associates Degree in Nursing
Prior work related experience required.
Practical Nurse State Nursing License
Appropriate Credentials and Immunizations
