We are looking for a passionate and innovative bartender to join our dynamic team.
Job Description :
We are seeking a bartender who is enthusiastic about :
Creative Mixology : Working with fresh produce, creating and producing syrups and shrubs, experimenting with kombuchas and lacto ferments.
Understanding that fresh ingredients bring their own variables and tasting and adjusting throughout the day and week.
- Continuous Learning : Thriving in a non-traditional bar culture where success is measured by repeat guests enjoying your cocktails rather than competitions.
- Team Collaboration : Contributing to a healthy environment for both staff and guests. We aim for excellence, not perfection.
As an evolving bar, you will be a self-starter and have input into developing our systems.
Scientific Approach : Engaging in research and getting hands-on with unique and sometimes unknown ingredients. Embracing technology in research (ChatGPT) and production (Thermomix, pressure cooker, circulators, dehydrator, etc.).
Requirements :
- Documentation : Must have an OLCC license and food handler s card.
- Transportation : Reliable mode of transportation to and from work.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to stay on your feet for 6-8 hours at a time.
- Team Player : Willing to help out behind the bar and on the floor. If you hear Hands, you know it means you too.
