Senior Developer, Drupal

The Senior Full-Stack Developer is responsible for designing and writing code and providing support to applications. The SFSD is able to work independently, assuming ownership for the design, interface and programming of simple and complex web tasks.

The SFSD should also be able to provide estimates for their tasks and assume ownership for these estimates.

The individual in this position works with web applications and a variety of back-end and front-end technologies including PHP, ReactJS, JS and other web technologies, as well as a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Drupal 7 / 8 / 9 / 10.

You Will :

• Be responsible for various tasks related to both front-end and back-end development using common front end and backend technologies including HTML, Javascript and PHP
• Ensure the codebase is of high quality, well-organized, and easy to maintain. Conduct refactoring as needed to improve code structure and readability.
• Define and lead the code review processes and assist in debugging and testing of complex solutions to ensure they function correctly.
• Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery.
• Propose technical solutions, and actively participate in the development process for the different projects.
• Establish processes to estimate tasks. Implement improvements to the process whenever possible.

You Have :

• Proficiency in Drupal (7 / 8 / 9 / 10) with 8-10 years experience.
• Proficiency in custom module development, theme development and core API usage across Drupal
• Proficiency in Multisite and Multilingual website development within the Drupal framework.
• At least 4-6 years of experience working with Front-End and Back-End technologies
• Expertise in designing and developing web applications using various technologies such as JavaScript frameworks, PHP.
• Expertise in major mainstream JavaScript libraries (e.g., React, VueJS, NextJS, jQuery, Angular, etc)
• Experience in managing source code repositories, including SVN, Git, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and contribute to product decisions.
• Desirable : BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience as Software Developer
• Desirable : Experience in Digital Agencies projects, Web development projects, Agile software projects)
