Responsibilities :
- Perform diagnostics and maintenance on Porsche and luxury vehicles as required.
- Maintain open and effective communication with customers, always upholding the highest standards of integrity.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines to ensure vehicle systems are well-maintained, promoting safety and customer satisfaction.
- Address all customer concerns with exceptional care and attention.
- Punctuality and diligence are essential, in showing respect for the business.
- Embrace teamwork and contribute positively to the work environment.
- Thrive in a non-political setting.
Qualifications :
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday with no weekends required.
- Should be adaptable to changing workflow and work needs in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred experience of 2 plus years in Porsche Technician or other luxury automotive services.
- Attention to detail is crucial for this role.
- Responsible for managing inventory and service tickets efficiently.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude with no excuses mentality.
- Possession of ASE certification is highly desirable.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
