JOB DESCRIPTION

Your expertise in internal communications will be instrumental in helping the organization achieve its goals while maintaining a motivated and informed workforce.
During your first few weeks in this Internal Communications Specialist role, you can expect to take on some of the following :
- Develop and implement internal communications that align with the company's goals and values
- Facilitate the execution of intentional, high-quality, audience-appropriate communications tactics that are informed by data, drive awareness, engagement and / or action, and are in support of or aligned with comms priorities and enterprise objectives and strategies
- Create and manage engaging content, including newsletters, emails, intranet articles, Viva Engage posts and presentations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company objectives

- Experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Healthcare experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write compelling and impactful content
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex information into easily understandable language
