WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Research information regarding potential system enhancement needs.
Configure UKG ProWFM application based on standards and guidelines.
Document and build workflow, standards, and business processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams.
Participate in business user discussions to identify the requirements for UKG ProWFM functionality, and workflow.
Provide on-call and after-hours support for the team and customers following the Franciscan Alliance support model.
Perform testing for UKG ProWFM and workflow.
Troubleshoot and repair customer-reported application problems.
Work with vendors in implementing, upgrading, supporting and troubleshooting UKG ProWFM .
Follow organizational practices for incident, change and requests management.
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED - Required
Associate's Degree - Preferred
Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
1 year Relevant Work Experience - Preferred
Strong aptitude with payroll / timekeeping applications and experience with Kronos Workforce Central and / or other UKG applications - Preferred
