Primary Responsibilities / what does a typical day : AP Clerk to join our team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, maintaining vendor records, collaborating with internal departments, and communicating with vendors.
What are the most important responsibilities and % of time spent on each?
Facilitate the payment of vendors by processing, reviewing invoices and submitting them for approval.
Reconcile vendor statements against our records and facilitate adjustments if necessary.
Support the A / P account reconciliation cycle.
Review and screen travel & expenses submitted by employees.
Respond promptly to emails inquiries from employees and vendors.
Assist with month-end close by preparing documentation and reconciliation items.
Other tasks as assigned.
Invoice Processing
Loading invoices, uploading, and coding invoices
Purchasing and receiving
Software, and technical skills required vs preferred?
