Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with patients one-on-one, providing personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and educate patients on rehabilitation exercises and strategies for self-management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications :
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Valid Michigan physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- A passion for patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
