Guaranteed Hours : If confirmed to 3x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min. of 36 hours / week. If confirmed to 4x12-hour shifts, SSM will guarantee a min.
of 48 hours / week. If confirmed to shift lengths less than 12-hours, SSM will guarantee a min. of 40 hours / week. Please note : SSM may call off up to 24 hours for travelers confirmed to 8 hour shifts per 13 week assignment without paying for cancelled hours
