Java Enterprise Architect

Job Summary

We are seeking an Java Enterprise Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Azure Springboot Microservices Microservices Enterprise Architect Java Solution Architect and Java Design Patterns.

Additionally experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management is mandatory. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust microservices architecture using Springboot and Java Design Patterns.
• Oversee the implementation of enterprise-level solutions on Microsoft Azure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure best practices in coding and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain architectural documentation including design patterns standards and guidelines.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to architectural standards.
• Ensure seamless integration of microservices with existing systems and third-party services.
• Monitor and optimize system performance identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks and issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the architecture and development processes.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in all architectural and development activities.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the overall system architecture.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and its various services.
• Demonstrate expertise in Springboot Microservices and Java Design Patterns.
• Have a proven track record as an Enterprise Architect and Java Solution Architect.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Show experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management and its unique challenges.
• Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Be adept at mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Have a proactive approach to learning and staying current with industry trends.
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
