Job Description
As a Project Manager, you will oversee strategic projects within the R&D organization, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.
You will work on the core software product with many dependencies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, addressing obstacles, and driving results.
Responsibilities :
Lead high-impact projects from problem definition to customer impact.
Define project objectives (OKRs), scope, and resourcing.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders.
Anticipate and address obstacles.
Foster shared understanding across diverse viewpoints.
Set the standard for program management.
Establish best practices for planning, prioritization, and execution.
Leverage data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree
5+ years of project management experience on SaaS products
3+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence
Familiar with agile and waterfall methodologies
Exceptional communication skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to influence without authority and build trust.
Proficiency in managing complex, high dependency projects remotely.
