Join our amazing team at The NOW Massage Downtown Orlando! We are NOW hiring talented healers. The NOW is designed as a refuge to help you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within.

We are where you go to turn down the noise so you can listen to what your body needs. Our boutique offers a space to escape the daily pressures of life and recharge your energy and spirit through the healing benefits of massage therapy.

Position Requirements :

• Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida
• Knowledge of Swedish, Deep Tissue, sports & stretching techniques. Prenatal & energy work, knowledge of specialized modalities is a plus!
• Excellent guest service skills, dedicated professional, motivated and positive attitude

Not Required :

• Therapists are not required or expected to sell, you focus on your craft.
• Not required to work a set amount of days
• We have a cleaning company that cleans floors, bathrooms, etc. You are never expected to do that for us.
• We outsource our linen, so you are not responsible for washing.

Job Details :

• Provide customized massage through therapeutic modalities in your style (Swedish, Eastern modalities, Neuro-muscular)
• Educate clients on the therapeutic value of massage
• Maintain service space to standards. All supplies provided
• Support and be supported, teach, and be taught by a diverse team of professionals interested in the holistic power of massage
• Full and Part-Time positions available
• V.A. licensed massage therapists at all experience levels are encouraged to apply

However, when you are working your craft, you will receive a "bump up" in pay for actual massage time. Plus, as you build loyalty with your guests, YOU can receive a BONUS for guests who reschedule to see YOU or come in and ask for YOU by name.
