Key Responsibilities :
- Define the company’s overall commercial strategy in collaboration with the Executive Management and effectively implement it.
- Lead and oversee the teams responsible for implementing the commercial strategy (Regional Management and Key Account Management).
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop operational marketing plans.
- Oversee sales administration processes, establish sales targets, and monitor their achievement.
- Participate in high-level commercial negotiations in close collaboration with the Sales Director and Key Account Managers.
- Directly manage major and longstanding clients of the company.
- Effectively manage all commercial budgets.
Profile :
- Higher education in commerce, sales, or equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience in the field, preferably in the aluminum industry.
- Strong commercial skills and a deep understanding of commercial dynamics.
- Excellent knowledge of the company’s markets.
- Strong managerial qualities, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
