We are looking for a Ultrasound Technologist for our HeartCare Cardiology practice in Bethesda, Maryland. The Ultrasound Tech performs diagnostic sonographic and interventional procedures in the department under the general supervision Physician.

Assist in performing general and / or specialized ultrasound procedures, reporting any unusual findings to the Physician.

Status / Shift : Non-Exempt - Part-time (Day Shift - 32 hours per week) - no weekend work

What you'll need to be successful :

• Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology required
• Registry eligible according to the guidelines established by The American Registry Of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in at least one of the specialties performed by the department.

NOTE : Certification must be presented prior to hire

Six months clinical scanning experience

Salary Range : Minimum 33.61 per hour - Maximum 55.51 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
