Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - Urology
Location : Oxnard / Ventura area, California
Position Overview :
A well-established multispecialty group in the Oxnard / Ventura area is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with experience or interest in Urology to join their collegiate medical staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about urologic health to make a meaningful impact on patients in the community.
New graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive urologic care to patients in collaboration with the medical team.
- Perform initial patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and execute follow-up care.
- Assist in surgical procedures as needed, with preference given to candidates with surgical experience.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment options, preventive measures, and post-operative care.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience or strong interest in urology, gynecology, or surgical subspecialties.
- Willingness to commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Prior surgical experience preferred for Nurse Practitioners (NPs).
- Physician Assistants (PAs) are preferred, but NPs with relevant surgical experience will also be considered.
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Compensation and Benefits :
- Generous salary range : $61.27 per hour to $96.74 per hour.
- Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off (PTO).
