Job Description :

• As a Project Manager for our Life Sciences and Healthcare Generative AI Program, candidates will play a vital role in providing structure, organizational support, and clarity in a dynamic and evolving LLM program.
• Supporting the Program Manager, candidate primary responsibility will be to facilitate the smooth execution of project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Candidates will collaborate closely with internal IT teams and stakeholders across the Research organization to drive project success, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication.
• This role requires a keen ability to thrive in ambiguity, adaptability to changing priorities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Seeking a candidate with outstanding Stakeholder management skills.
• Not looking for a Scrum Master.
• This individual will support just one group.

Experience and Skills :

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Superior stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in creating advanced PowerPoint presentations, including data visualization and storytelling, to effectively communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations.
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of leading meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive collaboration, decision-making, and consensus among stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Confluence or Jira, is desirable.
• beyond the typical experience and skills as defined by the Level PM / Program Manager position, list any skills and or experiences that candidate want to call out / emphasize as critical and elaborate on the attributes of those skills that candidate want to highlight.
• 4 years of experience in a project manager role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in a client-facing consulting role working with clients in the pharma or biotech sector are also encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully coordinating projects, managing stakeholders, and driving project milestones to completion.
• Proven ability to excel in ambiguous environments, navigating complexity, and maintaining focus on project objectives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
• Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI models is a plus.
