Job Description The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the Charles V. Schaefer, Jr. School of Engineering and Science at Stevens Institute of Technology (Stevens) invites applications for a teaching assistant / associate professor (non-tenure track) position with an expected start date of September 1, 2025.

Responsibilities : The primary responsibility will be instruction of both undergraduate courses and graduate courses, including :

  • Programming and Algorithmic Thinking
  • Engineering Programming : Java
  • Analytical Methods in Electrical Engineering
  • Senior Designs Additional responsibilities include advising students and department services. Required Education and Experience :
  • Applicants should have earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or a related discipline
  • Successful candidates should have a demonstrated interest and commitment to excellence in undergraduate and graduate education and mentoring of students with diverse backgrounds Academic Submission Guidelines : To apply, please submit the following items
