Job Description
The Owners Project Manager will be responsible for :
- Lead and manage aviation division projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with Chapter 149 and 149A project requirements.
- Utilize project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel to manage project details and timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the growth and culture of our expanding team.

The Successful Applicant
The Owners Project Manager will have the following skillset
- 10-15 years of Project Management experience.
- Strong background in public projects with significant experience in Massport and Chapter 149 / 149A projects.
- Proven experience managing parking structures / garages.
- Proficient in project management software : Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to commute to Seaport, MA.
