Position Summary
he role of the Senior Capture Manager is to support the Business Development and Account teams in identifying, developing, and winning new business and / or retaining / expanding current business in a thought leadership capacity.
The position requires effectively collaborating with subject matter experts, technical staff, functional leads, and account managers.
As a Senior Capture Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact on health programs.
Responsibilities
Management
Manage and lead internal stakeholders to include technical, finance, legal, procurement, HR, and proposal management, as a team to deliver a strong winning message through deal closure.
Manage identification of gaps and develop strategies to overcome weaknesses and mitigate risks. Brief capture status to senior management at specified milestones in the capture process, when material changes occur, and as needed.

Perform market research to qualify new business opportunities, including analysis of customer budget, capabilities required, current customer preferences, incumbent strengths and weaknesses, and competitive environment assessments including organizing black hats, competitive scenarios, etc.

Requirements
Experience
8+ years’ experience as related job responsibilities in business development, capture management, bid management, or related role supporting sales efforts.
3+ years minimum, of healthcare market systems experience. 3+ years’ experience with government, preferably state business deals in Health and Human Services (such as Medicaid Enterprise Systems, Long Terms Services and Supports, Care Management, Quality Assessments.
