รายละเอียดงาน
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ 1. ติดต่อเสนอขายรถใหม่และสินค้าของบริษัทแก่ลูกค้า ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
2. บันทึกข้อมูลลูกค้าและรายละเอียดตามแบบฟอร์มต่างๆ เช่น ใบสั่งซื้อรถยนต์ ใบสั่งติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน เป็นต้น
3. จัดหากลุ่มลูกค้ามุ่งหวังและจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลให้หัวหน้าแผนกเพื่อตรวจสอบและลงระบบที่บริษัทกำหนด
4. ประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ธุรการขาย เกี่ยวกับการสั่งรถ / การติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ / ของแถม ตามที่ตกลงกับลูกค้า
5. ตรวจสอบประเมินคุณภาพรถยนต์และส่งมอบตามมาตรฐานให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน ไม่ชำรุดเสียหาย พร้อมทั้งอธิบายวิธีใช้ตามคู่มือการให้บริการ ก่อนส่งมอบรถให้ลูกค้า
6. ประสานงานกับธุรการขาย เพื่อดำเนินการตรวจสอบรถใหม่ก่อนส่งมอบ (PDI)
7. ติดตาม ดูแลประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่องทั้งก่อนและหลังการขาย
8. รับข้อร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า เพื่อประสานงานและแก้ปัญหาเมื่อมีข้อร้องเรียนเรื่องการขาย
9. ศึกษาข้อมูลข่าวสารใหม่ๆ ทั้งของบริษัท และคู่แข่ง ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ การขาย การตลาด การบริการหลังการขายและอื่นๆ
10. ประสานงานและให้ความรวมมือกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ของสำนักงานใหญ่ / สาขา และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดการตามระบบคุณภาพอย่างเต็มความสามารถ
11. รับผิดชอบเป้าหมายการขาย ลูกค้ามุ่งหวัง การทดสอบรถยนต์ TEST DRIVE, การ Trade In ลูกค้ารถเก่า ให้เป็นไปตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
12. เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายและกิจกรรมต่างๆ ที่บริษัทกำหนดทั้งภายในและภายนอก โชว์รูม
13. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ เพศ : ชาย , หญิง อายุ(ปี) : 23 - 35 ระดับการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 1 - 6 อื่นๆ : ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่,ยินดีรับผู้ไม่มีประสบการณ์ คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม หากมีประสบการณ์ธุรกิจรถยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
