You will be the Simulation and System Labs Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Senior Manager. This position is responsible for development of ADP labs, lab procurement and multi-spectral stimulator procurement.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Simulation and System Labs ADP Senior Manager you will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, recognition / disciplinary actions, and Laboratory skills competency development.
Your responsibilities will also include :
- Managing development and modernization of ADP labs
- Managing laboratory procurement for lab products across all Lines of Business (LOBs) labs including Integrated Fighter Group (IFG), F-35, ADP, Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) and Business Development assets
- Managing multi-spectral lab stimulator procurement activities across LOB labs.
- Manage the control accounts, schedule / cost / technical risks, and technical oversight of the development and operation of the systems integration laboratories and will be the key interface point with multiple ADP program offices and other internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are
You will have knowledge of hardware-in-the-loop systems integration labs and experience with development and standup of laboratories.
You will have frequent and effective interaction with internal and external customers, technical staff, and leadership up to and including the Vice President level.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
