The Firm : A well-established firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join their team and handle a flourishing caseload.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled attorney with a minimum of 2+ year of experience in Real Estate Law to take their career to new heights.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle a diverse caseload from inception through completion, including case investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
  • Conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the case.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.

Requirements :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law with a small book of business preferred.
  • Internally motivated and driven to produce exceptional results.
  • Demonstrates responsibility and accountability both in and out of the workplace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle a caseload effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States of America.
  • Licensed to practice in Ohio Kentucky and / or Indiana a plus.
