Giulia is looking for a SOUS CHEF who can help lead our Cambridge restaurant into its 12th year as one of Greater Boston’s best Italian restaurants.

We explore and interpret regional Italian cooking so that it is alive and present in the local community.
- Hand-crafted pasta has been the centerpiece of the menu since Giulia opened in 2012. Our ambitious program utilizes the finest stone milled, small batch house-milled and Italian specialty flours.
- A commitment to traditional cooking techniques, including whole animal butchery, fermentation & pickling, charcuterie, sourdough leavened bread and a complete in-house pastry program featuring gelati, sorbetti, biscotti and torte.
- An opportunity to learn and grow as a culinary professional. You’ll be responsible for prepping and working a station while upholding their ambitions culinary standards in a busy and fast paced environment.
You will also have responsibilities related to menu development and execution, kitchen operations (ordering, receiving, scheduling, etc.
and interacting with our FOH team during educational pre-shift meetings.
